1. How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website by selecting your desired product, choosing the correct size/color, and completing the checkout process.
2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.
3. How long does delivery take?
· Major cities: 2–4 working days
· Other cities/areas: 3–6 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
4. What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary based on location and order value. Any applicable shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp, which you can use to track your parcel.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
7. What is your return & exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
