Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We use trusted Couriers.
- Standard delivery time within:
- Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days
- Other cities/towns: 3–6 business days
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Flat rate / weight-based / free shipping (choose one):
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000
- Standard shipping fee: PKR 249
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your package through the courier’s website using this number.
5. Delivery Attempts
- The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
- If the package can’t be delivered, it will be returned to the nearest courier hub.
- You may need to collect the package from the hub if delivery fails.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Contact us within 6 hours if you want to change or cancel your order.
- Once the order has shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, take photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- If the package is lost or undelivered, contact our support within 7 days of estimated delivery date.
