Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 4–6 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We use trusted Couriers.
  • Standard delivery time within:
    • Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi: 2–4 business days
    • Other cities/towns: 3–6 business days
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Flat rate / weight-based / free shipping (choose one):
    • Free shipping on orders above PKR 3000
    • Standard shipping fee: PKR 249

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your package through the courier’s website using this number.

5. Delivery Attempts

  • The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the package can’t be delivered, it will be returned to the nearest courier hub.
  • You may need to collect the package from the hub if delivery fails.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Contact us within 6 hours if you want to change or cancel your order.
  • Once the order has shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, take photos and notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If the package is lost or undelivered, contact our support within 7 days of estimated delivery date.
